These terms apply to Ratioface at ratioface.org. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the analysis tool. For questions, contact [email protected].

1. Who may use Ratioface

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over who can enter into these terms under applicable law. Do not analyze photos of minors. We do not currently collect a birth date or independently verify a user's age.

Select your own photo or a photo of another adult who has explicitly agreed to this analysis and whose image you are entitled to use. Permission to view a photo or find it online does not itself mean permission to analyze it.

2. What the current service provides

The free beta runs facial-landmark detection and geometric calculations in your browser. It provides an experimental harmony index, face-shape estimates, measurement explanations and a locally downloadable result card. No Ratioface account is required.

Only features actually available in the tool form part of the current service. Sample illustrations are demonstrations, not results from your photo. Descriptions of future measurements, reports or other tools do not mean those features are already available or guarantee a launch date.

Hosted sharing, checkout and paid report delivery are not open in this release.

3. How to interpret your results

A harmony index reflects product-selected geometric references and weights. It is not an objective beauty verdict, a population percentile, an identity check or a measure of personal worth. Face-shape categories are exploratory labels, not a validated classification standard.

Lighting, facial expression, head position, image quality, landmark detection and device or browser differences can affect measurements. Quality checks may reject an image or show warnings, but cannot establish that every accepted result is accurate. We do not fill missing required measurements with invented results.

Use the version and formula displayed with an actual result to understand that result. We do not promise identical results across devices or future algorithm versions.

Do not use results to diagnose a condition, select a treatment or plan a cosmetic procedure. Ratioface does not provide medical, psychological or other professional advice, and does not promise changes to your appearance. If scoring makes you uncomfortable, stop using the tool.

4. Responsible use

You must not use Ratioface to:

Analyze a person without the permission described above, or analyze a minor.
Bully, shame, discriminate against or sexually exploit anyone.
Identify or track people, or make employment, credit, insurance or similarly consequential decisions about them.
Misrepresent an experimental result as a clinical finding, verified identity or objective ranking.
Access another person's private report, bypass security or access restrictions, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.

These restrictions apply whether you use a result privately or share it elsewhere.

5. Your photos, results and our content

You retain any rights you have in your photos. Selecting a photo allows the tool to process it locally for your requested analysis; it does not transfer ownership to Ratioface or grant permission to use it in advertising or model training.

You may save and share your own result card, subject to the rights of anyone depicted or described and the responsible-use rules above. A shared card can reveal personal information even when it contains no photo. Keep its context and limitations clear; do not imply that Ratioface endorses your use.

Ratioface's branding, original website text and software remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party software and model assets retain their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights you have under those licenses or applicable law.

6. Privacy and links

The current analysis flow does not upload your selected photo or full landmark mesh. Website delivery and support emails still involve information processing, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for copies you download or share. Clearing the tool does not delete downloaded files or copies held by recipients. If public sharing or private report links become available, review their access and privacy notices before using them; possession of a link can provide access to its contents.

External websites operate under their own terms and policies. A link from Ratioface does not give those sites permission to receive your local photo.

7. Planned paid reports, delivery and refunds

Payments are not currently accepted. The planned full-report price is a one-time USD 9.99; a price shown in explanatory copy is not a functioning checkout or a completed purchase. There are no active subscriptions, renewals, credit packs or token balances.

The planned checkout provider is Waffo Pancake. The intended delivery is an English PDF attachment sent through Resend to the email confirmed for the order, without a Ratioface account. A payment-provider receipt alone would not constitute report delivery.

Before accepting payment, we will publish the final price and any applicable taxes, included report content, delivery expectations, access period and refund procedure. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to any future purchase.

If you receive an unexpected payment request claiming to be from Ratioface, contact us through the address on this page before providing payment information.

8. Availability and responsibility

Beta features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, compatibility limitations or faults. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free software or the accuracy or completeness of an experimental result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free beta is provided on an "as available" basis without additional warranties. You remain responsible for how you interpret, use and share its output.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away non-waivable consumer rights. We do not require you to waive such rights as a condition of using the tool.

9. Stopping use and restricting access

You may stop using Ratioface at any time and clear the current analysis. There is no account to cancel. We may restrict abusive or unlawful access to protect users and the service. Any personal information we hold is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised date will appear above, and material changes will be announced on the website. New paid services will have their applicable terms presented before checkout; a later revision does not retrospectively change an existing purchase or remove rights required by law.
